Returns, Defects and Shipping Losses
If an item is defective please follow these simple steps.

It is helpful if you include a note in the box
indicating why you are returning the item. As
soon as we receive the item back, we will replace the item or refund

being returned must be unused. All original tags must be attached.
No marked, scratched, or worn garments, or garments smelling of smoke will be accepted for return.
If you receive an item damaged, or a box is broke open and items
are missing, or a package is lost, please contact us at once and
we will immediately begin resolving the situation.
Exchanges
Please contact us for exchange instructions within 30 days of receiving your product(s). We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges on exchange item(s). You will also be charged the cost of shipping the exchange item(s) to you. Items being returned must be unused. Arctic Wolf Leather Warranty
Leather Gallery: Any item will be repaired or replaced without charge if the leather
or construction wears out or is found defective within one year of it's purchase. This
warranty does not cover leather wear, rips, marks or scuffs caused
by everyday usage or problems due to improper or negligent care
of the product. Request for repair or replacement must be accompanied
by a copy of the receipt.
Auburn: One year on leather items given normal use and wear. This
warranty does not cover damage due to everyday usage or problems due to improper or negligent care
of the product. Request for replacement must be accompanied
by a copy of the receipt.
JH Design: One year. This
warranty does not cover damage due to everyday usage or problems due to improper or negligent care
of the product. Request for replacement must be accompanied
by a copy of the receipt.
Other non-consumable items: 90 Days. This
warranty does not cover damage due to everyday usage or problems due to improper or negligent care
of the product. Request for replacement must be accompanied
by a copy of the receipt.
