Shopping Help
Placing Your First Order
Placing an order at Arctic Wolf Leather is easy. There's no need
to create an account first. You will have done that once you've
placed your first order online. Arctic Wolf Leather also accepts
orders by phone.
Finding Items
You will need to browse or search for the items you would like to
order. A keyword search box is located in the bar at the top every
page of our on-line store. If your prefer to browse through our
product selection just click one of links at the left side of the
site to find a more detailed category listing. When you find an
item that interests you click the item link to go to the product
detail page. Here you will find important information, such as the
products features, available colors.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
When you are ready to purchase an item, first select a color and
then a size, click the "Add To Cart" button on the product
detail page. This will take you to the shopping cart. If you wish
to continue shopping just click any of the tabs at the top of the
site or left side links. You can access the contents of your Shopping
Cart at any time by clicking the Your Cart link or icon at the top
of every page of our web site.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping
Cart. Here you can modify or remove items, or clear your cart completely.
When you're ready to place your order click the "Proceed to
checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the
order form.
Signing In
Enter your e-mail address, indicate that you are a new customer,
and click the "Continue" button. (Keep in mind that the
e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address
to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) Do not
fill in the password field. You will be asked to provide a password
for your account later in the process.
Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Please note: Arctic
Wolf Leather does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's
at this time, or to countries other than the U.S. and Canada.
Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose
a shipping method. Shipping times vary and do not include order
process time.
Provide a Password and Method of Payment
First, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. Arctic
Wolf Leather accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and
Visa. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without
spaces or dashes.
Next, please create a password with your account
so that when you come back to Arctic Wolf Leather in the future,
you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you
provided during this first order. Make sure you write your password
down somewhere so that you remember it the next time you place an
order.
Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make
any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your
Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we
will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another
e-mail message at the time of shipment.
